Here we are, week 6, you did it!! You have been on a deepening journey to make shifts in your Identities, behaviours, ways of relating and most of all a lowering of your numbness and a bigger yes to your heart. I celebrate you making it here. This week is about that!!

Being Appreciation - What you bring into spaces is…
In our society the focus is mainly on what you have and what you do. In general it is not about who you are. Appreciation of a person's being has gotten lost. Appreciation is soul food. Through honest appreciation a lot can be healed. ‘Being appreciation’ is not about saying “you have a nice haircut”, or “nice pants”. It is not about noticing what a person does for you. But what they bring into the world, what they bring into spaces.
Declaring an appreciation does not come from your mind. You do not have to know someone to declare their Being’s qualities. Instead you can look in their eyes and in addition use energetic eyes to sense the deeper qualities of the other person. Then trust the impulses you get and talk before you think.
Create a dedicated space. Become centred. Take several deep breaths.
Use a timer, take 10 minutes to appreciate the being of the other, then swap
For example ‘I notice what you bring into spaces is this warm, caring smile that opens people's hearts.’ ‘What you bring into spaces is a deep listening space, an availability with presence and spaciousness.’ ‘What I notice about your being is a deep generosity.’
The other person ONLY listens, takes it in, open your heart (no discussion!)
