ReMOVE the mask, Drop the show
This space is about connecting with yourself and what is getting in the way of who you really are. We will invite you to explore:
What are the masks I wear every day? How do I cover up what is real for me, avoid saying what I want and what I really care about.
What are expectations, opinions and conditionings you carry from others or society that are getting in the way of your authentic expression?
What is it to move with your feelings, your emotions?
What are you feeling? How can you express that and be heard?
During the workshop there will be:
● ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice’ with live DJ’ed music and guidance
● Guided breathwork
● An introduction to tools to share and connect with your feelings
● Opportunities for self reflection and journaling
● Individual, partner & group exercises
● Connection, discomfort and expansion
This workshop has been designed for you to feel and to enquire what it means for you to drop your masks, so that you can connect more authentically with your self, loved ones, the world and your purpose.
This event is empowered by ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice’. Alongside this context we will use tools and ‘thoughtware’ from ‘Possibility Management’ designed to empower connection with your feelings.
We offer you the opportunity to be with other men who are also curious and determined to explore real possibilities of authentic, ongoing change.
This is a movement-based embodiment workshop.
What does this mean?
We will be stirring up what has been sitting stagnant, stuck or suppressed beneath the surface by moving our bodies. We will move and dance to a curated soundscape to express our feelings and emotions, to embody and practice being with and integrating our feelings in an empowered way.
With Embodied Freedom Movement Practice Training & many years of training in Possibility Management Jason has many tools and possibilities for creating extra-ordinary spaces for shifting and opening to new ways of being.
What are we aiming to achieve? What are the goals for this workshop?
This is a space of inquiry, exploration and is as much about questions as it is about answers, or an end goal. This is not about winning. This is not about getting anything ‘right’.
Are there any pre requisites or anything you need to know for this workshop?
No. Every body, and every bodies ability level is welcome.
And…
You will leave with more tools to connect with yourself and others.
You will have experienced somatic practices and embodiment exercises that are designed to open you to authentic communication.
You will have connected with other men and created pathways to listen to your feelings and your being.
