Open Floor Movement & Possibility Management

Embodied Being: 5th Year Winter Journey going inward.

In the fast-paced modern world, it can be difficult to create time for "feeling and being." With so many distractions and endless things to give our attention to, we often neglect the slow and empty spaces that can be so magical.

'Embodied Being', taking place from September 7-10 in Wainui Bay, Golden Bay, offers a space where we can all slow down and deeply explore our own sense of aliveness. Throughout the weekend, we will shift our attention towards simply being alive and researching how to integrate this aliveness into our everyday lives, both individually and as a team.

Rather than focusing on what needs fixing or what's wrong with ourselves, we will place our attention on our curiosity about what brings us alive. We will explore how we can move and be with that feeling, and how we can cultivate it for ourselves at home.

Join us for the fifth-year winter journey of Embodied Being, where we will inspire a new understanding of our feelings through Embodiment & Possibility Management. This workshop will take your ability to navigate your inner world to another level.

A Unique, Radical & Transformational weekend

I am declaring a ‘Being’ space, to immerse in the small now and explore the forgotten and hidden aspects of yourself, to open the doors to self-discovery and self acceptance.

With the support of Embodiment, you will develop a deeper connection with your physical body, sensations, feelings and emotions. Embodiment enables you to experience your feelings on an experimental level, beyond the confines of the mind.

Together we will be embracing the practice of being in the nothing as a way to connect with the present moment fully. No distractions as you get to immerse yourself in the the now with nothing else to take care or do or fix.

The 4 days will be a village living experience to create a nurturing and supportive environment together. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals who share the commitment to this work.

With the framework of Possibility Management you will somatically dive into various processes and feelings exploration.

Life is meant to be lived experientially, not just conceptually. Pausing, checking in with yourself, and redirecting your attention towards what truly brings you alive empowers you to live a life that aligns with your authentic self.

Life is too precious to rush. Embracing a 'Being' space as an opportunity for self-awareness with a team is a gift to yourself. To keep moving from the old map of feelings into the new map of feelings requires ongoing practise specially while relating and moving, so that you can change and shift in day to day situations also.
