Sybille offer possibilities for internal shifts and healing.
Possibility Management is part of her movement medicine.
Possibility Management empowers people with practical life tools that are easy to implement into their own daily life; the ability to establish healthy boundaries with conscious anger practise; more clarity of purpose; the changing of old stories; a deeper understanding of the complexity of our being and centring into your authentic self.
Possibility Management is about recognising which thought patterns, emotional entanglements or blockages stand in the way of your full expression of yourself.
To regain contact with all four feelings (anger, fear, sadness and joy) and create new possibilities for your life with their energy and information.
Improve physical performance, mental health, and emotional well-being. -
Humans have gathered to dance since the beginning of time. Open Floor movement practice shows that dance can have a profound impact on our lives.
In this embodied practice you become more flexible and coordinated, get a clearer mind, and a calm presence. You move with others, you feel more connected to the people and the world around you.
Open Floor movement practise inspires you to explore your relationship to life to grow communities through connection with self and others.
In this challenging world, common sense tells us to spend time listening to the wisdom from within.
-
Get honest feedback and reflections from others, helping you to see yourself more clearly and grow in ways that are new to you. This is a space where your blind spots are gently revealed, and your greatness can be expressed.

Let’s be clear: this event is not about sex, pleasure-giving spaces, or Tantra. When we say "intimacy," we mean authentic connection—the kind that allows you to truly see and be seen (Into me you see). When we speak of "sexual energy," we’re talking about your aliveness, your inner fuel for creativity and vitality.
Practise to consciously harness your libdo energy for personal growth and radiance. In this 8th Embodied Intimacy journey, we'll delve into recent research, exploring how libido energy can fuel your feelings and radiance. This journey focuses entirely on understanding and responsibly connecting with this often hidden and unconsciously used energy, without any physical sexual exploration. The word "intimacy" in this 5-day journey is translated into a space that opens for transformation instead of a goal to get somewhere. None of the exercises or events will involve physical sexual exploration. -
What is your story of intimacy? Is it a goal? Instead, experience it as a transformative space that offers far more than most of us realize.
‘What is intimacy?’
It's not a goal, it's a doorway to transformation
It's relating with open heart
It’s being with another without story
It's the experience of authentic closeness from the present moment
It's about noticing, trusting, sharing, and going with the flow, it can be simple and fluent
It's a doorway into extraordinary
It's going first and turning towards one another with being a yes
It’s feeling your fear to be vulnerable with someone
It’s trusting yourself to be your authentic self in the present moment in the company of another regardless of what happens next
It’s being in contact, being messy, vulnerable, and real
It’s a moment to moment navigation and staying awake in connection with myself to find out each moment, what do i want now? And now? And now? With this person, or with myself
It’s what naturally happens without trying when the blocks and baggage are out of the way and you can be in front of someone else regarding them
We practice intimacy through navigating and listening to our feelings as a compass. Then the door opens to practice intimacy.
Intimacy is not a goal, it’s a space that opens through the arrival in all the 5 bodies

What is intimacy, what does sexual energy really mean? And where does intimacy become sex?
Here are some of my experiences from embodied freedom, a 5 day event held at Tui event center in Takaka New Zealand, a space where possibility management is weaved into movement sessions.
From day 1 Sybille and the team held a space for all 29 of us to create a culture of rapid learning with the clarity of feedback culture and cultivation of curiosity to become mirrors to each other so we could see ourselves more clearly. This made it possible to hold a field of love and intimacy in our different bodies.
We did exercises that normalized touch and allowed freedom to explore these basic human needs. This opened many doors for me and allowed the space to fly. I sensed that I could trust these people in a way that would normally take years of community living. One journey started when I stood up in the group and spoke about how I want to really look at women. For the purpose of noticing and learning where I'm adapting to stories of the shame of my own sexuality and the fear that I might be violating their space. I admitted my incompetence and sadness that I don't really know how to appreciate their presence in a clean way.
I declared to the woman that I welcome any feedback if anything I did didn’t work for them. I set my intention with the group that I was going to research my edge in the area of how it goes to take radical responsibility for my underworld. Which includes games of seduction, white widow strategies and child-like neediness.Once the spark ignited the fire I was blown away how many people were willing to dive into taking a stand for cleaning up their intimate relating space.
I was so glad to be in a team that was getting real about how sexual energy plays out in spaces.
I was glad to have conversations that brought clarity on how and when I lose connection with myself and others though sexual energy fueling fantasies and hijacks my mind. I could practice choosing not to be distracted and stay in the present moment. By doing this I was able to co create extraordinary relating space.
As the days for the event unfolded my inner navigation sharpened, my connection to my energetic body, my conscious fear and my clarity on what my intention was in each present moment. Also as my competency grew from these skills I could relax into the space. When exploring intimacy in a space with another person I could explore the edges and trust the other person will take responsibility for making their own boundaries, taking a pause, moving away or moving closer.
I found that at times I would cross the line and arousal and fantasy would creep in. When I noticed that, I would take a pause by moving away and to connect back to myself. I learnt to use my anger consciously instead of telling myself I did something wrong.
I would shift identity into a researcher, then I got curious about what was really going on for me. I gave my best shot at learning from my experiences so that I could shift into entering a clean space with others.
Build a community to keep growing with
“This really is about creating a container and a space where people can experience shifts in their internal world.”
“I didn’t know how to feel other than an overwhelm of mixed emotions.
Now l’ve learned how I can feel anger and fear and sadness and joy in such a beautiful, conscious way, and be able to really tune in and express that.”
“l’m just in awe right now at what is possible when people come together that are willing to radically grow.”
“I have just been absolutely blown away by whats been on offer, and how thats allowed me to drop the expectations, drop the structure, the plan.”
