10-minute Body Part Movement Isolation Exercise - Focus and mapping out your physical body
2-3 times per week45-minute Movement Recording - Embodied Presence - Arrive in your center
I recommend you move 2-3 times per week,centering practise either with the recording to practise or the write up below
3x per day
Your schedule for week one:
Monday: Context setting + Centering practise 3 x
Tuesday: Centering recording 8 min + 10 min Body part isolation + 3 x centering
Wednesday : 45 min Movement session + 3 x centering
Thursday: Centering recording 8 min + 10 min Body part isolation + 3 x centering
Friday: 45 min Movement session + 3 x centering
Saturday: Call at 9am to practise together centering

Intention of this practice:
To gather your attention, ground your bodies, and establish clear energetic boundaries — so you can meet life from your centre.Being centred is the felt sense of being here, now, and with yourself.
It is the foundation for presence, clarity, creativity, and conscious relating.From your centre comes:
Your authority and clarity to say yes, no, or stop
Your real voice, ideas, and dreams
Your capacity to choose, ask, and declare
Your ability to observe, sense, and question
Your power to make true offers and connect authentically
Setup - Preparation:
If practicing with others, agree who will hold space and who will read the instructions aloud
Move slowly. Allow pauses. Let each step of the practice land
The Practice (5 minutes)
Read the following aloud, or speak them in your own words:
Slow down. Take a breath.
Connect with the bones in your body. Sit in the seat of your bones
Pause.Gather your attention from wherever — or whenever — it is. From the past the future, other people.
Bring it into your physical centre, three fingers below your belly button.Now use your intention, your power of choosing to hold your attention here. Let it settle.
Click your fingers as you declare an energetic grounding cord from your centre, about as thick as your arm, extending deep into the earth. (A declaration is not a visualization it is a decision from within, deciding this is so!)
Feel your connection with the earth. This connection is your birthright, most of us are not aware of it.
Pause.
Take a deep breath.
Now gently expand your awareness to the space around you — your space, containing only your own energy and information.
Click your fingers again as you declare a clear energetic bubble around you.
A eggshell shaped membrane that you are responsible for to keep clear.Raise your awareness and hold your attention inside this bubble.
You are now:
Centred
Grounded
In your own space
When to Use This Practice
Anytime you aren’t centred : )
Before difficult conversations
Before facilitating or holding space
When overwhelmed, scattered, or reactive
At the beginning of any InFire experiment
As a daily grounding daily parctise

This recording is not background music, this session is carefully crafted for you to feel and empower you, if you use your power to choose by bringing your full attention.
Declare a physical space where you won’t be interrupted and can move freely.
Declare a sacred space and commit fully to the session.
Use a great sound system or high-quality headphones for the best experience.

While walking down the stony path of blame and projection, you will begin to feel invisible fingers of light pulling open the corners of your closed eyelids, gently asking you to come awake.At the same time, you will sense some restless rumbling near your center. It will speak not in words but in subtle vibrations. It is there to call your attention inward.
If you accept its invitation and begin to explore within, great beauty will rise from an inner well of divinity. Your gaze will be drawn toward your center, and you will gradually pull your power back inside yourself as you stop looking to the external for redemption.
This discovery will then propel you forward. It will bring you to the great understanding that you are the gatekeeper and curator of your life.
If you are ever in an angry, hateful place, keep careful watch for the invisible fingers and the tug pulling you open and in. These feelings are there to help awaken your Power of Permission. Following your call inward will reveal how to claim authority over your life, authority over your feeling heart, and authority as both the giver and taker of love and kindness.
If you are wise, with time you will come to meet the savior of life. That savior is you.
