Below is this week’s content for you to practise over the next 7 days, until we meet online

  • 15-minute Context Setting - start here

  • 10-minute Body Part Movement Isolation Exercise - Focus and mapping out your physical body
    2-3 times per week

  • 45-minute Movement Recording - Embodied Presence - Arrive in your center
    I recommend you move 2-3 times per week,

  • centering practise either with the recording to practise or the write up below
    3x per day

Zoom call practises we did in the weekly call in breakout rooms are:
Right now I am aware of… 3 min each
Share sensations, feelings - if thoughts are coming say thinking, thinking, back to sensations
Center practise with another 5 min each
Where is your centre right now? With who? Internal researching to begin noticing what you are doing with your attention.

Your schedule for week one:
Monday: Context setting + Centering practise 3 x
Tuesday: Centering recording 8 min + 10 min Body part isolation + 3 x centering
Wednesday : 45 min Movement session + 3 x centering
Thursday: Centering recording 8 min + 10 min Body part isolation + 3 x centering
Friday: 45 min Movement session + 3 x centering
Saturday: Call at 9am to practice centering together

  • This recording is not background music, this session is carefully crafted for you to feel and empower you, if you use your power to choose by bringing your full attention.

  • Declare a physical space where you won’t be interrupted and can move freely.

  • Declare a sacred space and commit fully to the session.
