Standing in your feminine power

🔥What you are angry about is what you care about.🔥

In the context of the modality of Possibility Management and the power of movement, you will be invited to take a stand for your life and make new decisions.

Women - you will have learned that feeling your anger is emotional, too much and destroys spaces. Yet you need your anger to create, to find clarity and ‘get shit done’.  If you do not feel your anger and express it then you may not know what matters to you.

In Rage Club, we start from a different premise:

Anger is a wild resource of energy and information that we can harness to serve our lives, our work, our people, and the world.

When we have our Anger back, we can:

⚡️Make BOUNDARIES

⚡️Say YES and NO

⚡️HOLD SPACE

⚡️Be CLEAR about what we care about

⚡️Take a STAND for what we care about

⚡️START, STOP, and FINISH things

⚡️Keep our INTEGRITY

⚡️COMMIT

⚡️DEVOTE ourselves to DISCIPLINE

⚡️ASK dangerous questions

⚡️DECLARE what's so and what's not so, what's ok and not ok

⚡️ENCOURAGE and FIGHT RUTHLESSLY for one another

⚡️Take ACTION of all sorts...

Getting Anger back takes Practice.

Practice happens in Rage Club.
