INWARD

stop looking outward for what a man is supposed to be, unfold the man you are and the man you want to be

Connect with your heart that hides behind masks.

Share, feel, dance & celebrate the Masculine together.

Inquire what it means to let go of a show.

Explore possibilities for authentic change.

Inward is a chance for you to stop looking outward for what a man is supposed to be, and to unfold the man you are and the man you want to be. A space for growth, honesty, and real connection. We work with what’s alive — the conscious and the unconscious — through simple, grounded processes and connection.

Spaceholder Jason Horton has spent 20+ years holding and being in men’s transformational spaces.

We will move, dance, breathe, listen, sit by the fire. Practice being real together. Feeling what’s here. Speaking truth. Finding the next step. We will eplore a range of evolutionary modalities including: Breathwork, Meditation, Conscious Dance, Possibility Management, Community, Sharing Circles.

What does it mean to stand fully in your life — and be held by a brotherhood that keeps you true? With Embodied Freedom Movement & Possibility Management alongside many years experience in men’s work and conscious dance, Jason brings his passion for men’s healing and evolution.

During the workshop there will be:

● ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice’ with live DJ’ed music and guidance

● Grounding practices and somatic work

● Guided breathwork

● An introduction to feelings work

● Opportunities for self reflection and journaling

● Individual, partner & group exercises

● Connection

● Discomfort and expansion

This workshop has been designed for you to feel and to enquire what it means for you to drop your masks, so that you can connect more authentically with your self, loved ones, the world and your purpose..

The framework of this event is based upon ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice’. Alongside this context we will use tools and ‘thoughtware’ from ‘Possibility Management’ designed to empower connection with your feelings.

We offer you the opportunity to be with other men who are also curious and determined to explore real possibilities of authentic, ongoing change.

This is a movement-based embodiment workshop.

What does this mean?

We will be stirring up what has been sitting stagnant, stuck or suppressed beneath the surface; moving our bodies to express our emotions, to embody and integrate our feelings in an empowered way.

What are we aiming to achieve? What are the goals for this workshop?

This is a space of inquiry, exploration and is as much about questions as it is about answers, or an end goal. This is not about winning. This is not about getting anything ‘right’.

This is about connecting with yourself and what is getting in the way of who you really are. We invite you to explore:

  • What are the masks I wear every day?

  • What are the expectations, opinions and conditionings you carry from others or society that are getting in the way of my authentic expression?
