  • Clear your space: Make sure you won’t be interrupted and can move freely.

  • Commit fully: Give yourself the time and attention this session deserves.

  • Good Sound : Use a great sound system or high-quality headphones.

Step into a two-hour movement journey inspired by my travels across Europe—Poland, Holland, Berlin, and Munich—and the lessons, encounters, and awakenings that unfolded along the way. This is a session for women, for those who want to ignite their radiance, honor their wild self, and feel the courage to fully show up in the world.

Feel the pulse of your own heartbeat as we explore courage and adventure, letting your body lead and your spirit follow. Listen to the Prayer for Mothers, a song born of war and hope, and let your heart respond with your own voice. Step into the tension of motherhood and the world’s pain, honouring the grief, the longing, and the love that lives in all of us.

Embody your radiance, allow your body to move, to claim presence. Connect with your longings and your anger, discovering their wisdom and how they can guide you forward. Dance with your wild self, the untamed intelligence within that holds both strength and creative forces.

This journey blends the music, movement, and moments that have touched me over the past months, offering a space to let go into, celebrate, and rediscover yourself. Adventure, courage, letting go, and connection for you to be hungry for yourself.
