- A Embodied Freedom multiple day event or other conscious movement trainings or a Rage Club.

- If you are an Ecstatic Dance Teacher, a Conscious Dance Teacher or if you hold any other movement spaces. The training empowers you to enhance your space with feelings and emotions and your own authenticity, as you will go through your own transformation first and then add it to your space.

An experiential training that creates internal shifts. You will leave with practical tools and a community to keep growing.
The training is experiential at its core, we move and learn from our bodies together. We share and live together in the 5 days. It becomes an opportunity to practice supporting and holding space for ourselves and each other.
Together with many encouraging tools and building trust we create an environment for you to practice, experience and get feedback and coaching to be able to change and shift.
This is an evolutionary space where everyone is learning and growing. As such you will leave the training different than how you arrived. It is a community building environment that creates the support network for the internal shifts to continue.
You will also leave with practical documentation of the processes and distinctions in the form of booklets and notes. There are many tools that will give you real possibilities for ongoing evolution in your life so that you can hold space and express yourself in new and authentic ways. Your capacity to hold space for yourself is key to holding space for others
‘Unfolding the Seed’ Six week online course
Joining the Spaceholder training includes the follow up online course ‘Unfolding the seed’. This training is to put the learning from the 5 day immersion into action. Set the stage for your own events to ‘unfold’ for real. In this space we will go through all the steps to create and hold you first in person space, either with friends or public.
The main focus of the 6 weeks is on practicing the skills with your team that you need to deliver your first session. For example how to speak and offer prompts at the same time as playing music. How to emotional prepare and handle also your own fear. How to hold space for the emotions and feelings that arise in a somatic movement space.
While the main focus is to practise, the course also Includes the practical side of events production including; concept development, space rental and decoration, poster design as well as the incredibly important and key skills of music playlist curation and sourcing, tech equipment support and DJ skills.
