Day 1 - Introduction & Context
Here we begin! We are so glad you are here.
This 21-Day Challenge is the culmination of more than 20 years of research, facilitation, healing work, and lived experience. It brings together a range of empowering practices, distinctions, and modalities that have empowered hundreds of people in creating meaningful change in their lives.
The creators (Sybille, Natalie, Mina, Ora and Petra) want to acknowledge the sources from which this course has been created. The practices and distinctions shared here are deeply rooted in Embodied Freedom Movement Practice which is rooted in Possibility Management, and over 23 years of intentional community living. The course is also informed by Sybille's experience of creating Tides, a rites of passage program in NZ in Tui Community over 23 years ago, and more than two decades of facilitating women's work through programs including Radically Alive Women, Blooming Sisters, and many other transformational spaces.

Each day of this challenge is rich with context. Every distinction introduced here is something you could spend months, or even years, exploring more deeply. Our intention is not to ‘teach” you anything, more to give you a powerful beginning into conscious anger work by reconnecting you with your anger in a healthy, conscious way and to offer the foundational building blocks that can create lasting shifts in your life, if you practise and choose to keep going.
We encourage you to stay curious, ask questions, and continue exploring any of the distinctions that resonate with you. If you ask us in the group, we can recommend further resources and offer online and in-person programs to empower you to deepen and embody this work.
This 21-Day Challenge is just the beginning. We are currently creating a six-week Rites of Passage Program, launching in November 2027, for those who feel called to continue this journey and anchor these practices more fully into everyday life and become part of a revolution of empowering women. We are planning T-shirts with ‘Get ANGRY Women’ on it and all sorts. We are welcoming you to this empowering women's community and super excited that you are here.
Now lets begin.
Context for Day 1
By now you might be wondering WHY anger? Why not JOY as a feeling to create radiance with? Hang in there for now, why anger first will become more clear over the next few days. In short, if you can feel your anger consciously you are able to create a safe space for yourself to feel your fear, sadness and joy also consciously. You can see it in the way that Anger is building the Foundation, the House, the structure.

How are we bringing this course to you?
We bring a lot of the information to you in the form of Distinctions.
Distinctions are empowering soft skills that, when integrated, create new opportunities for yourself and others in your spaceholding and in your life. A distinction is a clear insight that shifts perception, making the unseen visible and actionable. We will practice some of these distinctions and to empower us to see what our unconscious is doing and create clarity about what we want.
How to navigate yourself within this training
This training is designed for your personal growth, which often means stretching beyond your comfort zone. You might encounter moments where your usual beliefs, habits, or ways of what you think is challenged. That’s part of the process, and actually great when it happens. We, the team, don’t position ourselves as experts or authorities. Instead, we offer our presence, care, tools, and experience to walk alongside you. If something in the course doesn’t feel right for you, we encourage you to also give us your feedback.
Resistance can sometimes show up when something important is ready to shift. We invite you to stay curious if that happens. To clarify what a distinction is here is the first example, watch the video below to make a distinction between conscious and unconscious anger:
-
In this course we want to reconnect you with your 3 super powers.
Your powers are only available to you if you are willing to feel. You do not have access to them if you are numb.
To Ignite your own Radiance you want to use those 3 powers every day in your life, each time you are numb you lose your 3 powers.
You feel - you have access - you numb and you lose access.CHOOSING: To choose each moment what you want, therefor you are not a victim of your life.
ASKING: To create what you want you have to ask for what you want!
DECLARING: Declaring what is and what is not. The ability to declare is the ability to say, “It is so.”
