Day 3 - Embodied Presence

Context for Day 3

Now it's time to put it all into practice. This is your invitation to begin un-numbing, bringing your attention home to yourself with curiosity about what is really going on inside. Create a clear space where you can be fully present for 60 minutes without distractions.

Below is a 45-minute guided Movement Recording
- Embodied Presence - Arrive in your center

  • This recording is not background music, this session is carefully crafted for you to practise day 1 & 2: centering, curiosity, conscious and unconscious feeling, un-numbing, if you use your power to choose by bringing your full attention.

  • Declare a physical space where you won’t be interrupted and can move freely.

  • Declare a sacred space and commit fully to the session.

  • Use a great sound system For the best experience, use a good sound system or high-quality headphones. The quality of the sound really matters, allowing the music and guidance to reach you more deeply and empower your journey.

Practice for Day 3

After the movement session, have your journal ready and let yourself stream write without editing or censoring.

  • What do you notice?

  • What do you sense, feel, or become aware of?

  • What are you angry about? What do you care deeply about?

  • What are you scared of, longing for, or grateful for?

Let your words flow from your heart, through your hand, onto the page. There is no right or wrong. Have fun exploring what it is like to become your own safe and conscious space.
