To stop performing and start listening to your body — in a space where everyone explores the dance that’s already inside them and claims the space to move freely.
Embodied Freedom Movement Training recognises feelings as powerful resources and essential guides in life. Here, participants experience that feelings have information:
- fear illuminates what needs to be created
- anger reveals what they deeply care about
- sadness connects them to their longings
- joy fuels their forward movement.

How does it feel to be danced?

How does it feel to move aside?
To become a space for the energy of the universe to express itself through the movement of your 5 bodies.
For me (Jan) , seeking answers to these questions feels extraordinary — beyond what words can express.
One of the few experiences that comes close is dancing as part of a team.
To hold space for The Dance.
To be a conduit.
A temporary conductor for the symphony of beings, invited to be danced together.
Sometimes, it just happens — as if by magic.
And I wonder:
How can I hold space so that this magic happens more often?
How can I hold space for others to unwrap the gift of their existence — through movement?
How can I invite humans to dance themselves into ecstatic incarnation?
To dance themselves into Being?

Sybille has spent the last eight years researching how music and movement can bring clarity to the experience of the five bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic and archetypal), the four feelings, and centering — in fresh, embodied ways. The way to your radiance is through deepening your incarnation and movement holds a key to unlock this process.
Through emotional literacy, intuitive movement, practising space scanning skills, connecting to the magic of music and community co-creation, you'll embody the art of designing soundscapes and holding space for movement sessions rooted in authentic expression.

Embodied Freedom Movement Spaceholder Training
This training also taps into preverbal language, allowing participants to respond from their body and heart, awakening an inner compass within a caring community. Through music, participants reconnect to sadness, anger, fear, and joy, cultivating emotional literacy. They learn to listen to music differently, fine-tuning their capacity to discern how different sounds/ songs/ lyrics evoke specific feelings. This understanding allows them to create soundscapes that include feelings and emotions, paving a path for reconnection to their inner experiences.
Since the first training in May, Embodied Freedom has begun evolving into a community of spaceholders. Here, connection, experimentation, and healing are at the forefront, as participants support one another in growing their authentic presence and resilience. Mistakes are celebrated, and a collaborative environment helps people discover their unique expression and take a stand for their creations.

This workshop isn't about cathartic expression; instead, it focuses on discerning the information that feelings and emotions provide. It’s about shedding masks and listening to the heart’s language. Rooted in Possibility Management, this training fosters emotional curiosity and inner navigation, empowering participants to hold space from a grounded, open-hearted place. Embodied Freedom invites each person to embrace their emotions and navigate with their feelings by embodying their the five bodies—emotional, physical, energetic, mental, and archetypal—creating spaces where genuine transformation and connection can unfold.

During this training you’ll refine your ability to sense, work with, and align the five bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and archetypal), helping you tune into your purpose.
You’ll be able to hold space for others with a greater awareness of how these bodies interact, allowing for a more nuanced and effective facilitation of spaces.
Participants practise to use their feelings to stand for their values, create with fear’s insights, express love through sadness, and move forward with joy.

Training Together To Create Transformation
This training is experiential, we move and learn from our bodies together. We live and create a village together for 5 days, supporting and holding space for ourselves and each other.
The community-based environment creates a support network for internal shifts to continue: for ongoing evolution in your life.
This is a space where everyone is learning and growing. You will transform with feedback and coaching along the way.
You will be able to hold conscious feeling movement spaces, and express yourself in new and authentic ways.
You will also leave with practical documentation of the processes and distinctions in the form of booklets and notes.

Unfolding the Seed: 6-week Online Follow-up - Step out with a Team
The Spaceholder training includes a 6-week online follow-up course: Unfolding the Seed.
This is to help you put the training into action. In this space we will go through all the steps to create and hold your first in-person space, either with friends at home or in public within your community.
You’ll practise the skills needed to deliver you first session with your team, such as: how to speak and offer prompts at the same time as playing music, how to emotionally prepare and handle your own fear, and how to hold space for the emotions and feelings that arise in a somatic movement space.
While the main focus is on practise, the course also includes the practical side of events production, such as: concept development, space rental and decoration, poster design, music playlist curation and sourcing, tech equipment support and DJ skills.

Unfold the wisdom of your feelings - your first non-verbal language
You’ll be empowered to hold space for embodied practices by cultivating a stronger connection to yourself. This happens through aligning your physical body with your other bodies, allowing you to tune into what’s really alive in you, into your purpose. Your self-awareness and ability to emotionally regulate will increase, enabling you to better navigate stress and build resilience.
From this place, together, we practise holding that space for others. You’ll grow your ability to use music as a medicine, focusing on increasing energetic awareness through sensing, noticing, and deepening your understanding of the five bodies.
We have a go. We make mistakes, we go again. We heal, feel, dance, move, create and play to meet ourselves and each other anew each moment.
